Cleaner Redcar provides Home Help Services for customers who live in a 15 miles radius of Redcar. From Redcar down to Loftus, Lazenby, Newton-Under-Roseberry, Guisborough and all the villages within this area. You can book regular services according to your budget, needs and preferences.
Regular Clean & Home Help Service
Redcar to Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Marske-by-the-Sea & Guisborough for weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly Services. Regular services are offered within a 5 mile radius of Redcar. Standard rates are £18ph. Minimum service time is 90 minutes and is charged at a fixed rate of £27.
Monthly Cleaning & Home Help Service
We currently offer monthly services in Stokesley, Yarm & Eaglescliffe. Monthly services are available by appointment for a 3 hour service minimum, in a radius of 15 miles of Redcar. Rates are £19ph.
Occasional Help
If you require assistance such as spring cleaning or a one off cleaning and home help services, please call us to book a visit at mutual convenience, we allocate a small number of appointments each week to ensure we can offer short notice one off visits. This service is priced at £20ph.
Emergency cleaning
Our emergency cleaning service is available at an affordable rate of £25 per hour, offering fast and reliable support when you need it most. Whether you’re dealing with unexpected disasters, last-minute accidents, or have been let down by another cleaning company, we do our very best to provide a same-day response whenever possible. We understand how stressful and urgent these situations can be, which is why our team is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality cleaning with minimal disruption, helping you restore your space quickly and with peace of mind.
Please Note;
KIT – We bring along all standard cleaning products & cloths. A number of deep cleaning products will be on hand in our kit for deep cleaning tasks. We generally use the customer’s hoover for residential cleaning, please kindly inform us if you do not have a hoover available. We carry a flash mop and disposable wipes for general floor mopping, if your floors require specialist / deep cleaning service / products, please inform us prior to arrival.
OVENS – Whilst we are most happy to deep clean ovens, this will require a minimum of 3 hours of home help / clean service for the products to soak and remove build up easily and an additional 90 mins for actual oven cleaning to ensure the entire oven and contents are adequately cleaned.
SERVICE FLEXIBILITY – If you wish for regular services to fluctuate from time to time, please inform us and we are happy to work to your changing requirements.
ON SITE LAUNDRY – Whilst at your residence, we will put the washing on following arrival and hang out / dry the washing as the last task before leaving. This service is incorporated into service time with no additional costs.
EXTERNAL LAUNDRY- Free Laundry collection and drop off in Redcar, Marske & Saltburn. All products such as washing powder, softener, stain remover are included. Washing is tumble dried for non delicates to give the garments a super soft finish. This service is charged at £15 per load (9kg – standard bag for life).
IRONING – All ironing services are provided externally and charged at £17.50 per hour. A standard level washing basket or bag for life can usually be processed in an hour. The free collection and drop off service is also available locally.
