We offer a high quality seven day turnaround service for East Coast holiday homes between Redcar & Whitby

Our fixed rates for each season ensures you can budget accordingly, whilst also giving you peace of mind that your property will be presented to your individual preferences in order to stand out from the crowd.

Our team provides a non rushed attendance with full attention to detail and accountability. We provide a detailed task list and video at the exit of every attendance. Our priority is quality of service above quantity of jobs.

The initial Meet and Greet allows us to learn how you present your holiday home, the way you manage your bookings, and for us to provide you a quote that includes bespoke choice of services to be included at your every property, your property during every visit.

All cleaning and laundry products are included as standard.

Natural, non toxic products are used where possible.

Seven day customer service available 8.30am – 930pm

Weekly invoices are provided by email

• Full property clean with all residential cleaning and home help services available on each visit.

• Bed change and Dressing crease free.

• Laundry service – wash, dry & iron bedding, towels, blankets, etc.

• Welcome hamper – products sourcing and preparation.

• Replenishments of home products – Toilet roll, kitchen accessories etc.

• Handmade natural toiletry selection packs available – Soaps, Shower Gel, Bath Salts, Bath Bombs.

• Pre ordered gifts and arrival packs arranged on request.

• Check in service

• Mid stay service

• Pet stay surcharge 17.50
